JOSE REYNOSO

LEAD INSTALLER

With more than 25 years in the industry, Jose brings steady leadership, technical precision, and a deep understanding of what it takes to execute large-scale projects successfully at ICESD.

Jose thrives in complex, high-volume environments where precision and coordination are critical. Throughout his career, he has led major installations including the Veterans Affairs Corporate Office and Camp Pendleton Headquarters projects, where timing, logistics, and execution had to align seamlessly. Most recently, he oversaw as massive project for the installation of 700 workstations and 300 private offices at the Veterans Affairs Corporate Office in San Diego. Successfully delivering projects of that scale demands far more than manpower. It requires careful planning, strong on-site leadership, and the foresight to anticipate challenges before they arise.

As ICESD continues to build and expand its in-house installation team, Jose has become a foundational presence. His leadership sets the tone for quality, accountability, and professionalism in the field. There is real pride behind this growing team, and Jose plays a key role in shaping its standard of excellence.

He approaches every project with one clear objective: deliver high-quality installations that are completed on time and damage-free. Clients value his reliability, outgoing personality, and ability to communicate clearly throughout the process. Being bilingual allows him to foster strong relationships across teams and job sites, ensuring alignment from start to finish.

For Jose, success is not just about finishing a job. It is about understanding the client’s needs, anticipating challenges before they arise, and delivering results that earn trust. That commitment is what helps turn first-time clients into long-term partners and raving fans of ICE.
