Emmes Realty- 1 Columbia Place

Emmes required extremely durable public use furniture for high traffic areas, yet wanted the furniture to provide an inviting experience. ICE along with a design firm, suggested a vinyl that looked like a linen fabric to accent simple design elements and modular pieces. The overall concept suggests a sophisticated urban environment with a nod towards the San Diego culture.
