Jim has an extensive background in the furniture industry that spans over 30 years. His main expertise is rooted in Field Operations and Project Management. He has successfully overseen the completion of many large furniture projects including multiple-story buildings and projects that lasted several years for the United States Navy. His strengths include process improvement and increasing efficiencies, dedicated leadership and mentoring, detailed communication and planning, and building long lasting client and industry relationships. 

Jim joined the ICE family in order to further his own growth whilst sharing his knowledge & experience to build upon existing operations with the ultimate goal of assisting ICE to become the most reliable, genuine, and successful company in the industry.   

As the new Director of Field Management Jim works closely with every department within the company providing field support and operational guidance. He is part of the team on every ICE project overseeing all aspects of field operations including determination of site logistics, strategizing on delivery and installation schedule, working directly with installation Foreman and team, and most importantly working alongside our customers and contractors for the duration of projects to ensure the successful outcome and provide the best experience possible.   

Jim is a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoys taking people on tours of the USS Midway on which he served for 2 years while attached to one of ships squadrons. In his spare time Jim loves spending quality time with family that includes his wife, 3 children and granddaughter. Jim is an avid fisherman and conservationist who enjoys being outdoors especially out on the ocean or at his cabin in the mountains.
