As Operations Director, Natalie oversees ICE’s departments responsible for processing and tracking orders along with managing and coordinating installations. With over 10 years of experience in the furniture and design industry, as well as experience in both project management and sales, Natalie brings a unique and multifaceted perspective to her team .Her knowledge of product allows her to quickly and effectively find solutions to unique situations in the field. Natalie thrives off of the management of large scale and complex projects, including demountable wall systems and custom products, and excels at bringing all members of the team together to align with the construction schedule and perform at the highest level for our clients. Above all, her focus is ensuring that the client experience is second to none.
