As the CEO of ICE, Alysse Cooper manages accounts for the commercial, education, healthcare, and hospitality sectors while overseeing the sales team. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from California State University, San Marcos. Alysse has been recognized by the design and commercial furniture industry for her early achievements. She has been a board member of NAIOP's Developing Leaders Committee for 4 years serving as co-chair in 2017 and a mentorship liaison for 5 years. Additionally, Alysse was elected to serve as Co-Chair of IIDA DesignConnect 2017-2019. In 2012 and 2014, she was nominated for the San Diego Business Journal’s Emerging Generations 25 in their 20’s award. She regards the completion of Father Joe’s Villages as the highlight of her career to date. The project was featured in the April 23-29 issue of Monday Morning Quarterback. Alysse focuses much of her time supporting and mentoring the team at ICE. She finds reward in helping others achieve their goals and is passionate about advancing the next generation.
